Blues in the ‘Bury© is a celebration of CJAS Productions and is part of the "In The ‘Bury©" cultural initiative for Roxbury Community College Foundation.
The overall mission of the project is
- to remind the city of Boston and beyond
that the Black Community is alive and well and still creatively
kicking;
- to remind the Black Community, particularly the young people,
of its own genius;
- to raise sufficient funds to continue to regularly stage
relevant and positive cultural events during the coming months
and years;
- and to raise funds for the Roxbury Community College Foundation
and other deserving organizations serving the community.
